  • Manage caseload of approximately four hundred-consumer litigation cases annually.
  • Review lawsuits served on Ford, assign to appropriate local counsel, assist with preparation of all pre-trial motions, including demurrers, motions to dismiss, motions to change venue, motions for removal of case to federal court, and motions for summary judgment, assist with trial preparation and attend trials as Ford’s representative.
